Re: Sell Game T-shirts Card Question
Items must have a Gold Piece value (which includes the phrase, "No Value"). If a card doesn't have a Gold Piece value, then it's not an Item, and it can't be a one-shot Item, which would normally have the sentence, "Usable once only," on it. If a card is a Treasure card, but not an Item, then it's a "special," and it follows the rules in the section Other Treasures. If a non-Item Treasure card doesn't say whether it is discarded or kept, then the card is discarded once you've resolved its effect.
In the case of Sell Game T-Shirts: it doesn't have a Gold Piece value, so it's not an Item and it can't be equipped. Since it's not an Item, it doesn't technically have to say it's usable once only, since it's not something you could potentially use again and again like you would do with respect to something like Armor. Since it doesn't offer any restrictions on when you can play it, you can play it any time. Since it doesn't tell you to keep the card in play, once you've drawn the two Treasures, you discard the card.
