I'm having trouble distinguishing what a one shot item is. Some cards say One-Shot and Usable Once only. I understand those are one shots. Are cards that don't say those things never one shots?

Is this an equipable card? It doesn't say Usable Once Only or One-shot on it, but sounds like one.

If it's not a one shot and equipable, how often can I draw two treasures and when?
