"Bouncing" might happen with relatively low velocit6y WWII stuff but APFSDSDU at over a mile per second doesn't really act like a solid object when it hits something.

......and to the best of my knowledge Gurps does not include 'bouncing" in with DR. In 3e "bouncing" was part of PD but 4e did away with that without increasing DR to compensate for the rather rare effects of vehicular PD
