Half breed

I'm a Half Breed with only 1 race (for example Elf) I have none of the disadvantages of being Elf.

But on the other side I'm aslo half-Human, Can I also ignore all the disadvantage of being Human?

Can I use weapon that are only for not-human?
If a monster has a bouns against human, can I ignore the bonus?

The point of having a Race with Half-Breed is that even though you're half human, your being human has no game benefits or detriments. So, Monsters with a bonus against a Human won't have a bonus against a Half-Breed Elf, but also a Half-Breed Elf can't use an Item that is Human-only, or get a bonus against a Monster that is weak against Humans.

- can use Elf-only
- can use Not-for-Elf
- can't use Human-only
- can use Not-for-Human
