For the most part, Vehicles works as-is for 4e's TLs 0-7, and kinda-sorta works for TL8, but after that you're in house-rule mode.

The biggest changes, however, are in translating 3e's MR and SR into 4e's Hnd/SR stats. I've not seen anything beyond "educated guess" for figuring those out.
