As far as destroyed material filling your stabilization pool, I'd want to say buy ER with Special Recharge and One Power Only. It'll be the same price as buying a stabilization pool, but, somewhat less odd. Said pool never really made sense to me, and I prefer spending FP to stabilize Created matter.
