Gotta keep these to a very few. Otherwise things would get too nasty politically, and the zoners would attract too much attention too.

The campaign is pretty language-rich compared to what I seemed to encounter in other people's campaigns, so I'll stick to maybe adding the occasional -1 for an obscure dialect. Otherwise, one language dominates in the area.
