Snot Elemental, Floating Nose & Annihilation

Let's say I'm in a fight with Snot Elemental and someone uses Wandering Monster to put in a Floating Nose. I play a card that makes the one monster leave. The other one continues to have +10?

Same case again but this time I play Annihilation to the Wandering Monster (either it is Floating Nose or Snot Elemental). What happens with the monster still in fight? Is it still +10 or it has been canceled?

I understand that if in 1st case the +10 is gone, then the same happens in 2nd case. But if not...
