I don't think it's rules legal. Improvised Forms is like No Memorization Required's big brother. And even if it is not, there is no utility removed from the ability by being unable to memorize forms if you are able to become anything without the need for memorized forms.

The only thing I can think of as an actual drawback there would be that it limits your ability to impersonate.

I'd then start training myself and exercising until I'd bought my ST up to a properly high level for 2 a step and got to be as strong as I should be. Still lumbering around at only 4 yards a second though; I must take a really long time steadying myself between each step.

Actually, after Being Immortal and having at least 1 absurd wish per week, I would put everything on IQ with the +25% modifier... Guess I would buy Quick Gadgeteer too... With at least 25 IQ, and ALL default skills (the hard ones) would be 19+... Well, would be a fun chess game to become the world's dictator after that... Maybe I could create Skynet under my control (from the "Terminator" movie), maybe I could amass all wealth of the world, perhaps I could create some nanovirus to mind control everybody... Whatever I found funniest at the decisive moment...
