[soapbox]Which gets back to what has become my single biggest complaint about GURPS: the way that the point system has become all-important, to the point that even story and setting are forced to bend to accommodate it. The above post is essentially “social traits have point totals in GURPS, and RPM levies an increased energy cost based on anything with a point cost regardless of whether or not it makes sense in the context of the setting.”[/soapbox]
