no cards in hand

Is there a rule covering what happens when a player ends up using all of the cards in his/her hand (not from dying)? Any suggestions? Thanks.

There is nothing wrong with having no cards. If you happen to use them all, then you'll just have no cards until the next time you get a chance to draw some.

The rule is . . . you have no cards now. Carry on, cardless. :)
