Hi All,

thanks for all your help. I moved the folder to elsewhere and it still wouldn't let me directly download to the data folder.

However, I managed to coax it into letting me place fully adjusted files in the folder as long as I didn't download them directly from the net. What I finally wound up doing after getting as much improved permission as possible.

Download all the data files elsewhere. Then move them file by file folder by folder where I wanted them. Now it works fine.
