Aspis Agent (Pathfinder)
If I defeat Aspis Agent, do I get level? Card say "you get nothing". I think its about Treasures only, but this is Munchkin and dispute is unavoidable.

If you KILL the Aspis Agent -- meaning you fight him and your combat strength is great than his -- you get a level plus the Treasures as described on its card.
If you DEFEAT the Aspis Agent -- meaning you use some method of kicking him out of the fight *other* than straight combat strength -- you get neither a level, because you didn't kill him, nor Treasures, because that's what the Aspis Agent card says.
