Recently I was playing munchkin zombies with some friends and had voodoo zombie in play. I wanted to play a curse on the player to my right after combat but before the end of his turn in order to get the curse back at the beginning of my turn. In this specific case it was the curse to make a player lose their armor. He knew this was my intention and put armor he had just drawn on the table and said "I am done" faster than I could throw my curse down.
Must a player give others ample time to play cards before they end their turn or can players quickly say that their turn is over in order to prevent other players from playing curses/other playable cards? |

If he did not have to give Charity, then that was a completely legal play. The ONLY time the rules say you are required to give time to respond is when you say you are winning a combat, so that other players have a chance to play cards against you.
