By saying 'before Kicking Open the Door', it implies that it must be your turn, as you don't Kick Open the Door on other players turns (they do.) So it's only on your turns, not all players' turns.

When the summoner uses his ability and adds a monster as a one shot bonus. Can wandering monster be played because there is a monster to attach it to?
Example: Bob is fighting a Goblin and Bob needs help. Can I as a summoner give a one shot combat bonus to Bob and then because I used a monster add wandering monster plus a new monster all towards helping Bob. |
