How can I build the Force Lightning (Electrokinesis) to work similar to Lightning spells (DR 1 Vs. metal armor and HT with -1 per 2 points of damage to avoid stun)?

Doesn't Arcing Surge do this?

So base cost is 12.5 points per die?
Ouch!

With Psi -10% it makes it 12, right. Still cheaper than Mind Stab.

On that note, would activating a Psi Sword count as a use for What's a Use and trigger the "Yo dawg, we heard you like encounters, so we put encounters in your encounters" roll?

The Force and DF psi are a poor match, what with the latter's connection to terrible horrors.

Not really. Consider the care that Jedi must take in controlling their own emotions, lest they fall to corruption. In DF the "Dark Side" just has more tentacles.

It is in thory a tech gadget. However oen that fits psi tech or a lot of other thigns too.
Would work in a Wierd Science game or DF.

First post, Pyramid 3/51 tech and Toys. But it can be used as magitech or psitech device.

* Where "The Force" = "psi," which I think it clearly does. :)
I liked it, though where I hope to use it is in a Magic as Powers campaign and build a staff version.

Where is this enhancement?

In any case, the Force Lightning is something like this?

Innate Attack Burning (Surge, Arcing, +100%; Side Effect, Stunning +50%; PM, -10%) for 12 points/per die
