Yes, it does say on the product page that 12 of them are reprints. For those that haven't already spent time and money getting them, this is a much better option. For the rest of us (me at least), I'm going to put my duplicates in my Legends deck and the 3 new cards in my Fantasy deck. Definitely still buying the pack to get the 3 new cards though.

Well, one of the 3 new cards is for Zombies. I suppose you could still put it in your Fantasy deck if you wanted, though. (For that matter, the 12 reprints include, I believe, a Cthulhu card, an Apocalypse card, and two more Zombies cards, so you may not want to put them ALL in your Legends deck. ;-) )
