Maybe I over looked it, but where is the "costs fatigue limitation" in the basic set (two books)? Or is this something introduced in the Psionic Powers Book?

jason.jackal the psionic powers book also has rules for psionic techniques that cost fatigue but, they enhance or alter your basic power for a short time.

From what you have written I think you would really like the stuff in the PP book.
