Pollymorph followed by Friendship

Player A kicks down the door and must fight the Bullrog (lvl 18) player A's combat level is 26.
Player B then plays a +10 to the monster (also adding 2 more treasures)
Player A gives himself +5
Player B then plays a wondering monster with a level 9 Owl Bare.
Player A plays a pollymorph Potion on the Bullrog
Player A is now only fighting the owl bare
player B then plays Friendship potion.
Does player A get no treasures since thats what Friendship potion says or would he get the 7 treasures from the Bullrog that he pollymorphed?

No Treasures, but he can Loot the Room (because the Friendship Potion card says so).

Andrew, your ruling directly contradicts this ruling by MunchkinMan answering a similar question. Here's the post:

Sorry that this has sat for so long -- it kinda got buried in my email.

We escalated this to Steve, and the official answer is that the "No Treasure is gained" clause is correct; Friendship Potion screws you out of the Treasure from the Pollymorphed/charmed monster.
