Hmm. Weird. That would seem to imply an extra 2 Ready actions, or a Quick Swap Perk.

Fast-drawing arrows in the real world.

Firearms, however, are done with the off-hand, assuming you practice that enough to offset penalties.

Firearms fast-draw.

Responding at extreme fatigue tends to make details go *poof* into the aether at times t.t

As long as we're going to be completist about it _some_ firearms are held in the dominant hand and reloaded with the off-hand. This is most true with detachable magazine semi-autoloading pistols and mostly true for other detachable magazine weapons.

On the other hand (pun intended) swing out cylinder revolvers generally have to be held in the _right_ hand (dominant or not) and reloaded with the left because that's the way the cylinder swings.

Then with loading gate revolvers like the Colt "Peacemaker" the weapon must be held in the left hand and loaded with the right, Also true for Winchester lever actions. Both are because the loading aperture is on the right side of the gun.

With shotguns it depends. Some are ambidextrous.

I could probably go on with some more thought but to get to the OP''s rules question, as far as I can tell details of handedness appear to be ignored for Fast Draw. If you started to get detailed you'd probably have to get very detailed indeed.
