[Basic, MA, TS] Fast-draw (Ammo or Arrow)

It seems to be implicit that Fast-Draw of ammunition or arrows is done with the off hand without a -4 off-hand penalty, but I can't find a clear statement about it.

Martial Arts p103 "Fast-draw from odd positions" says you need to use your master hand to draw weapons - but that's weapons, not ammunition.
