If an enemy uses an area attack centered in me, lets say 4 yards radius, would it be possible for me to dodge acrobatically 1 yard upward and them blink out of the attack, provided i can jump one or more yards and blink only moves you 3 yards.

The blink itself is treated as a Dodge (B98) -- that would be 2 dodges, so no. But you can retreat as a Dodge and Drop (B377), so I don't see why you couldn't Blink and Drop for an extra yard of distance.

I see, too bad. But even so, does acrobatic dodge works for jumping vertically? If i invested into increase jump and acrobacy could I get out of an area attack by out-jumping its radius as my block action?

Well, from my stand point if somebody had the foresight to take an all-out double defense I'd allow it. After all, you took the time to prepare for the inevitable mass of hate coming your way. Dodged a yard made the blink you're good! Otherwise, you're boned.
