Star Munchkin Battle Armor
Last night I had Battle Armor out and it says it is Armor and Headgear. My son played a trap that makes you lose your headgear. So, do I lose the Battle Armor?

Yes. It's Headgear.

I was looking through my card deck and saw that this too, adding to this question. It's considered battle armor with a plus +4 for for that. (being battle armor), and not a +4 to both the armor and headgear correct?

Correct. It is a single item that has a +4 bonus that counts as both Armor and Headgear. Just like a 2 handed item would count for both hand slots.
