Just checking, a wind/theft demon stuck in Limbo isn't getting more dissonance piled on, right?

That's correct. You're generally free of Word Dissonance conditions in Limbo, including Media's hour-a-day, et cetera. This is occasionally bruited as a component of arguments for the Ethereal heresy ("you're out from under the thumb of God and you have a Vessel cache and no Word dissonance like we do").
