Default Need for steed Vs clerical errors?

ey!

i am playing munchkin for a few months now and it is time to buy a new set(Hooray!) but I can't choose between Clerical errors (munchkin 3) and the need for steed (Munchkin 4) so what do you guys think i should buy?
I like the new class and race cards in clerical errors But the steeds in need for steed sound like a wonderfull thing!
like to hear the opinions :D

I couldn't decide when I was first looking either so I bought them both. Looking back on it now, I do regret that I didn't buy both sooner. They are both awesome. Don't force yourself to choose. If you can only afford one though. Buy Clerical Errors and keep buying them in order from there.

My first expansion was Munchkin 4, and I didn't regret it, but I doubt I would have regretted it either way to be honest. I've enjoyed all the expansions. And so many of the versions, as well. It is hard to stop buying Munchkin once you start...

We've actually removed the magnificent hat from our game because it's just too good. Whoever gets it ends up winning almost every time.

I've always said it's best, in order to not have odd-man 1-of races and classes, to go in order of 2-5, 7, and 8, with getting 6 anywhere in there.

Then again, I'm obsessed with balance, so... yeah.

That makes sense. We got #4 and #8 first, and it was kind of weird to have 1 copy of Orc in the deck :) But at the same time it was kind of cool and unique to be the only Orc :) I dunno, it seems like you really can't go wrong whichever order you choose.

Yeah, I don't worry about balance too much, because as I see it, with everybody drawing from the same deck, balance mostly happens because everybody has the same chance to draw any given card. As long as any one card isn't insanely overpowered, I doubt that it could seriously unbalance the game.
