Killin' and Winnin'

It's good logic as long as you ignore the rules, unfortunately (one of the unbreakable ones, to boot). As good an effort as it may have been, given all considerations and such, it's still not a level gained as part of a kill, even if it's a level you can only get after someone has made a kill (I'm assuming Mutilate The Bodies, but it's the oldest such card, so it sticks in my mind the best).

Yup that's the one. Thanks for helping to clarify. I assumed we played it correctly, though I was quietly hoping I was wrong so my son would get a cool win.
