Stats for the Burka Avenger

1: She doesn't speak in the trailer, so I don't know if she puts on a voice (a la Batman/Bruce Wayne) or simply stays silent when she's the Burka Avenger. Assuming she has to talk at some point (if only to taunt her enemies), she'd need a perk that does for her voice what Masked does for her face.

2: I'd give her the Unusual Training perk (Supers, p. 31). While anyone can use a book or pen as a weapon, one would need some sort of training to use them well.
