I run one I call the "Holiday Deck". It contains all fantasy backed promo's, dice cards, boosters and Munchkin 1,2,&3. Works, well, fun. We just stack all the dice in a bowl in the center of the table and promo items all about and go for it.

They are one of the most popular sets that I run.
