Default HOW MANY RULES PER ITEM CAN A CHEAT CARD CHEAT?

Hi there,

My friends and I are having a debate about the rules for cheat cards. Here is the situation.

Assume for a moment that I am a Dwarf with a one handed sword already equipped. Among the cards in my hand I have a cheat card, and an item that I would like to equip but cannot for two reasons. Those reasons are: 1) The item is useable only by humans, and I am a dwarf; and 2) The item is two-handed and I already have a sword in one hand.

Can I equip that item by applying the cheat card without having to unequip my other one-handed weapon? The debate is that there are TWO reasons why I shouldn't be able to equip that item, and one of our players feels that a cheat card can only cheat one rule at a time. On the other hand, I think the play should be allowed because the cheat card simply says that you can use it to equip an item that you would otherwise not be able to, it doesn't say how many reasons there have to be that you would otherwise be unable to equip it.

What do you guys think?
