Polymorph Potion and Enhancer Questions with Sparkly Good Fairy

Scenario:
Joe beats down door and faces Sparkly Good Fairy.
Joe plays "Humongous" (a +10 monster enhancer) on the SGF.
Joe Polymorphs the SGF and then plays the Munchkinomicon Spell "Vaults of Omigoshgolli".
How much treasure does Joe get?
Does he get 4 Treasure cards for the SGF plus 2 Treasure cards for Humongous plus two Fairy Dust cards and then doubles that? So a total of 12 treasures and four Fairy Dust cards?

Is this right? Are the FD cards really "treasure" to be doubled? And does Joe really get the Humongous cards even though he didn't kill the SGF?

Also, is the SGF defeated (and thus discarded) or does the SGF live on past the Polymorph and thus get shuffled into the top ten cards?
