vierasmarius Join Date: Nov 2009 Location: Oregon	Re: Skills, skills everywhere It's not in Basic Set. I'm not sure where it was first introduced, but it's included in Power-Ups 2, pg 16. I find it instrumental in creating believable low-point characters.
