Default [Powers][Ultra-Tech] Telesend.Sensie Questions

Sensie, +80%, is found on (GURPS Ultra-Tech, pg 31). Combined with Telesend, it allows the user to project their own sensory information into someone else's mind without requiring the subject to have any special receiver or player.

Given the above ...
  1. Sensies can be experienced in either 'immersion mode' or 'surface mode'. Is the choice of mode the subject's choice or the projector's choice?
    1. If "subject's choice", what is the enhancement value to force 'immersion mode'?
    2. If "subject's choice", what is the enhancement value to force 'surface mode'?
    3. If "projector's choice", what is the limitation value for only being able to send one or the other?
  2. Sensie information doesn't appear to be falsifiable absent using a Sensie Editor. What is the enhancement value of being able to project false/edited sensory information?

To answer my own questions:
  1. "Subject's choice."
    1. "Nil nada, use a linked incapacitating Affliction."
    2. "+20%, as per Selective Effect."
    3. "-20%, as it cuts the available options in half."
  2. "+20%, as it appears that Sensie is a construct of a +100% enhancement (Can Transmit Sensory Information) and a -20% limitation (Own Sensory Information Only). Removing the limitation from the construct leaves us with a +100% enhancement."

However, I am unsure as to the correctness of my answers. Anyone know if Kromm or PK have weighed in? Is there a forum consensus? Your own preferred answers?

Default Re: [Powers][Ultra-Tech] Telesend.Sensie Questions

From its earlier description in Powers (p82), I gather that it is not supposed to include any of those options from Ultra-Tech, which seem to be just for the gear described in the later book. With no reason given in Powers to think otherwise, I would assume that Sensie works only as described there, giving the sender the ability to transmit sensory impressions in real time
