Default [RPM] Cold Damage

Hi guys

For a I'm preparing I need my RPM users to be able to make "cold" damage, as some of the monster they will encounter have Unkillable with Achilles Heel: Cold.

So, how do I do this? Just assume that "cold" damage is just the same as "burn" for all other game effects?

Cheers

Cold is burning with No Incendiary, -10% as far as I can remember... It's a missing damage effect.

Correct! This is one way to do it. Another is to do Fatigue damage and add the Freezing Hazard for +4 energy. You could also define a Paralyzing affliction as a "cold" attack. Ditto for a Binding one. But neither of these do damage.
