One shot or not?

Hi all,

I had a question regarding one shot cards. Are all one shot cards listed as "Usable only once". I ask this because cards like the "Cloak of Obscurity", "Boots of Running Really Fast", "Familiar", and "Fake Beard" do not say usable only once but they are not listed as armor or something else. Can these cards and others like it be played and used only one time?
