Treasure and levels earned during a battle are added to the pool of rewards to be collected at the end of battle by the combat owner (with Treasure then being distributed via the deal that was made), regardless of who activated an effect, but the Crawling Hand becomes owned as part of its effect, which means the helper should actually keep it in this case.

As is stated in the rules, actually: "You draw the Treasure cards, even if it was your helper’s special ability that defeated the monster." Regardless, the Crawling Hand is not a Treasure card drawn, so it's allegiance is to the player who gave it his Wishing Ring.
