Calling gasoline a TL6 fuel and using the Ve2 figure of 6lbs per gallon it's going to cost you 720 energy to fill up a 20 gallon tank with Create Fuel. You're going to have to only need to re-fill it every 240 days and that leaves nothing left over for Clean and whatever else.

You might make the trick work with Essential Fuel which is 6x cheaper and lasts 10x longer.

I still think you're trying to us that Powerstone too much.
