This tweet has a February 2019 photo that shows two cargo containers (appear to be van trailers with wheels removed) and one tanker trailer blocking an international highway entering Venezuela.

This photo reminds me of an overturned tractor-trailer counter printed for Car Wars. I cannot remember if it was included in Car Wars Deluxe Edition, Dueltrack, or a Car Wars Deluxe Road Sections set.
