Of course, that would entail examinations to ensure that the nun in question is indeed virginal from birth - those who took their vows after losing their virginity would not be eligible for this practice. And equally obviously, unless there's a form of healing magic that will regenerate the hymen, this particular sacrament would be one to a customer.
I've long wondered about possible side effects of healing magic, as in D&D-type Cure Light Wounds spells: What effect they'll have on things such as hymens, circumcisions and piercings? Or even tattoos, perhaps.

In my Ärth setting, miracle-type healing of the Divine category "knows" what not to change, and so doesn't interfere with such things (notably, it does heal female genital mutilation, making it obvious that Ceiling Cat disapproves[1] - but Divine Power magic is rare enough in world terms for that to not be a problem), and learnable spell magic can only produce effects similar to GURPS' Rapid/Very Rapid Healing and so doesn't interfere with such things either.

[1] Based on recent scientific knowledge, Ceiling Cat also ought to disapprove of male circumcision, but in the end, he's a wise cat, and he knows that if he causes such things to heal up, most of the males in question will just end up having to suffer re-circumcision, which tends to fail at the being-merciful criterion. And since he's a can't-be-arsed-to-micromanage-lazycat, the verdict is that such effects never restore foreskins.

Curing HP damage wouldn't regrow lost tissue types. Hymens aren't really torn; they're stretched. So unless your spell will take out a ballerina's ability to do the splits as well, it's not an issue.

Tattoos are dye jobs, and repairing clothes doesn't bleach them...
Piercings often heal up when not continuously held open, so they might close up with a healing spell. So just keep yours used while getting healed. Problem solved.
