Apologies if this has been asked before, I searched but I'm new here.

Mine Goes to 11 -
You are now playing to 11 levels, not 10... Players may only reach the added levels by killing something, but must still kill things to reach level 10.

High -
If you kill a monster by yourself, you can exchange all the treasure cards you got from that combat for one level. This can be the winning level.

My question is, can you kill a monster for level 9 and then use the High sacrifice for level 10? Which card takes priority?
