Every Munchkin set can be mixed with other Munchkin sets. The term typically used for this is blending. I suggest reading the Munchkin 7: Cheat With Both Hands rules for blending tips (regarding which cards are the same or not the same as others and so on). This set is an evolved form of an older set called Munchkin Blender which was designed for blending multiple sets, so it provides lots of the information you need.
