Mommy Card Question

Let's say the Mommy card was paired with a monster than grants 1 level, 1 treasure, and both the Mommy and original monster are defeated.

Would the total loot be 3 levels and 3 treasures? Am I understanding the Mommy card corretly? Or would it be 2 levels and 2 treasure?

You understand it perfectly. The Mommy is a separate Monster, that gives the same number of Levels and Treasures as the original Monster +1. So, it's 2 Levels and 2 Treasures from Mommy and 1 Level and 1 Treasure from the original Monster.
