Nobody seems to have looked at the link MunchkinMan posted, the ruling is that they happen simultaneously, just like with the bookmark. To play them out, you still have to actually do them 1 at a time, but the results of each don't actually count until the final fight is finished. That means no treasure, no levels, no deaths, and no winning until each fight is resolved, then all results happen at the same time.

For ease of play, you should resolve each combat one at a time, but remember that they occur simultaneously in game terms. If there's corpse-looting to be done, it doesn't get done until all fights are resolved.

It is possible to argue that the FAQ is more recent than the post, though. However, the more recent ruling does make the situation clear that it is the FAQ which is wrong:

I think the question of when exactly you gather spoils and loot bodies is probably one of those ones best left to the group to figure out. It's rarely ever going to matter. For example, even if you loot the body early, you're already considered to be prepping for your combat, so you can't put Items into play.

OK, yes, I didn't think of that one, and it does seem important now. I guess that applying both the old ruling, the new ruling and the newer rulings regarding timing of combat spoils from Transferal Potion (from the FAQs) means that all combat spoils and following up on Deaths should be left until after all the combats complete, in which case you complete all those things in turn order from the turn player then going to their left.

That seems to be the most consistent technique with all the previous official rulings (except that FAQ entry).
