Innate Attack into disadvantages

This power sounds a lot like Cyclops from the X-men. Its a pretty difficult argument to make that his power isn't worth points.

Replace mask with visor and breath with lase blasts and that is his power. He gets the power cheaper because sometimes someone knocks off his visor but onl cheaper because he really has fabulous awesome power.
