Sex Change Dubt...

I know, it sounds weird but... I came across a doubt while playing with friends and a wild "Baroness von Munchkinhausen" appeared...

Bad Things: You didn't want to believe in the first place and now it is too late - lose 3 levels and change your sex (-5 in your next combat), 2 Levels, 5 treasures.

So, the question is, is the next combat supposed to be the next combat of the player turn (main combat) or is it supposed to be the next combat the player appears in (e.g. helping someone else/main combat)?

Sorry in advance if the question has already been asked but i was not able to find it while searching...
