Conflicts with Super Munchkin and Half Breed

Hi All
I am new to Munchkin and i have been playing with my family and a question came up the other night. I had both of the above cards in play with two class and two race cards in play.
I drew some items that conflicted with one race or class but not the other are these cards playable.
