A few claifications on Dungeon of Gender Bending?

When you change sex again, you go up a Level. You will have to follow the rules of whatever makes you change sex.

There is no "belt" in the game, so I would ask that you not use non-game terms. All Items are carried, some are used. You may no longer use Items usable only by your character's former gender and you must turn them sideways. Anything that is not an Item that can only be used by your character's former gender must be discarded because they are not Items and therefore can't be carried like an Item.

3) When you exit the dungeon do you just get the sex change from what you currently are or is it back to what you were when you entered?

The card says your sex is reversed when you exit, so the opposite of what you currently are in the Dungeon. For example, I'm male when I enter the Dungeon making me female. I can use a Wishing Ring, or somehow get my sex changed by a Curse, or possibly by a Monster's Bad Stuff (I'm not looking all the possibilities up now), making me male again. When i "leave" the Dungeon when it is discarded, assuming no other sex changes occur while I'm in the Dungeon, I will be female with a -5 penalty in my next combat (unless I play a Wishing Ring to avoid the change).

4) Does the penalty apply when exiting as well?

Yes, because the card says so on it when it says that all the same effects apply as when you entered the Dungeon. See my example above.
