Though arguably a more efficient build would be something like 4pts in Sex Appeal, 4pts in Attractiveness, and 1pt in Perk: Classic Features. That leaves one point left over. Dare I suggest Erotic Art?

It would definitely start with getting rid of oblivious. Looks, fit and sex appeal might be of use, and I wouldn't say no, but they would only support being chatted up, not figuring out how to do it myself.

Think more the stuff you usually learn in puberty.
Although it could be necessary to start even earlier in the process, maybe there's a "loner" to buy off, too.
