Sex Appeal as such is not necessarily your best choice.

*Sex Appeal is not the skill of getting someone into bed with you. It's the skill of using your sexuality to tempt someone into doing what you want—which could be not giving you a traffic ticket, or hiring you for an acting job, or giving you a hefty discount on a large purchase. (I think you should be able to use Sex Appeal even to pressure or intimidate somebody who is uncomfortable with being attracted to you. Hostile Sex Appeal is not unknown in the real world.)

*Using Sex Appeal to get someone into bed with you works best if you are alone with them, which usually requires a previous persuasion roll or two. Coming on to them that directly in a lot of places will give you hefty penalties by embarrassing or alarming them. Ignore this if you're in a meat market, of course.
