Does a curse affect anyone helping me?

If a second player is helping me in combat, and a third player plays a "Lose Your Armor" curse, does the second player also lose his armor?

No. Curses only affect a single player unless the Curse says it affects more.

The third player could target your helper instead of you.
If, for example, you were not wearing armor, or the helper was wearing better armor, this could be a superior play.
