king tut bad stuff question

You've probably had this question before but the bad stuff says loose all the cards in ur hand and gear, how does this differ from death. I also read that if you get killed by tut you don't draw 4 new cards on ur next turn, why is that? Thanks very much

You don't get to draw new cards on your next turn.

We thought that at first too. In order to "Die" the Bad Stuff must say something to the effect of you are dead.
